Return Eligibility

    •    Time Frame: You may return unused and undamaged candles within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
    •    Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been used or partially burned.
    •    Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

    •    Custom Orders: Unfortunately, custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
    •    Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items
